A manufacturer is considering using one of their flowmeter designs. Expand its operational flow range and improve the accuracy of the entire flow range. As a secure base system, it is necessary to provide accurate and rapid reliable measurement of all operating conditions, including the duration of an AC line failure. This requires an additional 48V battery input instrument box within the existing restricted flow. While adding backup supplies to the case, the design team was asked to reduce the overall weight of the system to give the customer the flexibility needed to use it in a challenging installation environment. Description of the programme:

The gas alarm is used to monitor the hydrogen leakage concentration in the closed bus of each phase of the hydrogen-cooled generator and in the oil and water system on an online basis, demonstrating the changing trend of the gas concentration at the test site and realizing the function of fixed alarm. Therefore, it provides convenience for the search and timely treatment of hydrogen leakage points, creates favorable conditions for the safe and economical operation of hydrogen cooling generators, and will effectively prevent the occurrence of hydrogen explosion accidents that seriously endanger the safety of people and equipment.

Power supply:

Our power supply mainly has two major parts: 1) MCU power supply-according to the type of MCU mainly: 1) 5V and 3.3 V; 2) Sensor power supply-According to the type of sensor, the main power supply is: 5V, 12V, 15V and 24V.

Programme characteristics:

It mainly detects the signals on the scene through various types of sensors, converts these signals into intuitive digital liquid crystal displays through MCU and AD, or directly alarms through buzzers, thus realizing the detection and alarm of gases.

Description of the programme:

Industrial switches are developed from commercial switches, and are more capable of meeting harsh industrial site requirements, adapting to high electromagnetic compatibility, a wide temperature range of -40-+85 degrees, and a higher MTBF(average no-fault working time). Data packet loss can be avoided, and the most significant difference is the existence of redundant self-healing loop technology, which is much shorter than the redundancy time of the commercially available STP and RSTP protocols, and can basically reach less than 200 milliseconds.
