Since the construction of the Shanghai Line 1 and Guangzhou Line 1 subways in the 1990s, China's urban rail transit construction has widely adopted the latest technologies and equipment of various countries, and has built a city rail transit system with world-class technology. However, rail transit technology is still in the stage of introduction, digestion, absorption and innovation.

Before the 1990s, all countries in the world used a steel-speed DC motor system with switching resistors or a stepless chopper voltage regulator DC motor system with power electronic control. In 1990, after the emergence of switched off thyristors(GTO) and insulated gate transistors(IGBTs) components, developed country subways began to use AC drive systems for direct-AC frequency conversion and variable-voltage speed AC Motors. Since the 1990s, all new subway lines, monorail lines, and light rail lines have adopted the IGBT module AC drive system except for the Shanghai Line 1 subway. Compared with direct circulation vehicles, the power consumption can be reduced by 40 %; Due to the use of regenerative braking, the amount of brake tiles is reduced by more than half; The wheel wear is small, and the wheel replacement cycle is extended; The work of AC motor maintenance is very small.

Subway Type A vehicles(3m/3 .2 meters wide) and Type B vehicles(2.8 meters wide) are all fully used in the world. This bogie has the advantages of simple structure, few parts, light weight, and low maintenance workload. The bogie adopts two suspension shock absorbers, one adopts a metal rubber laminate structure, the second adopts an air spring, and has a highly automatic adjustment valve. Through exhaust and air supply, the height of the floor surface of the vehicle is automatically adjusted to match the platform surface.. The bogies of all different types of vehicles such as subway type A vehicles, type B vehicles, linear electric locomotives, monorails, and low-floor light rail vehicles are all produced in China.

Power supply:

The AC-DC product output bus 24VDC voltage is used for the backend system load. The system load mainly includes the main control chip, transceiver and memory, etc.. The required voltage is provided by the DC-DC module or power converter such as LDO. Ensure the stability of the power supply voltage and the reliable operation of the system.
